What is the return policy?
I do not currently accept returns.
International Shipping
International packages are shipped with FedEx or UPS, and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
There may be customs fees due at the delivery of your package, and you are responsible for these!
If customs fees are due, you may need to be home to sign for the package, or go to your local post office to receive it. Keep an eye on your tracking number and do this promptly to avoid the package getting lost.
I am not responsible for customs or import fees, for lost packages, or for notifying you about package pickups.
When will I get my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 4-7 days for processing. After that, you’ll receive an email with tracking info! All domestic orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage mail and arrive 2-7 days after processing.
Broken pieces
If your order is broken in transit please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will find a resolution! I will either send a replacement if I have it in stock, or issue a refund.
Lost or stolen packages
Once I drop your package off at the post office, I no longer have control over it! You’ll receive a tracking number in your email, please check it regularly.
If a delivery is attempted and is unsuccessful, you may need to pick it up from a post office near you. Please pick it up promptly to avoid it getting lost — I am not responsible for lost packages.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Reach out if you are local and we can arrange a pick up.
Do you do wholesale?
Yes! Only one some of my work. If you are a shop interested in carrying my work please reach out.
Do you make custom work?
I do not currently.
